Creating Arrangements That Actually Mean Something

Back in 2019, we started making bouquets because the existing options felt impersonal. Six years later, we're still figuring out better ways to help people express what words can't quite capture.

We Build Each Arrangement Around Your Actual Story

Most flower services give you preset options. Which is fine if your sentiment fits neatly into Category A or B. But what happens when you're celebrating something specific? When there's context that matters?

We spend time understanding what you're trying to communicate. Sometimes that's an hour-long conversation. Sometimes it's three messages. The length doesn't matter—what matters is getting enough detail to create something that feels right for your specific situation.

Our process involves asking questions that might seem excessive at first. We've learned that knowing someone's favorite season, their personality type, or even the story behind why they're receiving flowers helps us make better decisions about color palettes, flower types, and arrangement styles.

How We Actually Work With Clients

These aren't marketing bullet points. This is genuinely how we've structured our service after six years of discovering what creates better outcomes for both clients and recipients.

Extended Consultations

We don't rush conversations. Most florists allocate 10 minutes. We take as long as needed—usually 45 minutes to an hour—because details matter when creating something personal.

Progress Documentation

Clients receive photos during assembly. Not as a gimmick, but because seeing the arrangement come together helps confirm we're capturing what you envisioned. Adjustments happen before delivery, not after.

Seasonal Inventory Rotation

We work with what's actually in season. That means availability changes throughout the year, but it also means fresher flowers that last longer. We'll suggest alternatives if your first choice isn't optimal for the current season.

Saskia Vermeer

Lead Floral Designer

Saskia came to us from a background in interior design, which might explain why she approaches flower arrangements with an architect's eye for proportion and balance. She's the person who convinced us to start offering consultation previews—she noticed clients felt more confident when they could see arrangements taking shape.

She handles most complex projects, particularly arrangements for significant life events. Her philosophy: "If someone's trusting you with an important moment, you don't get to be lazy with details." That mindset has shaped how our entire team approaches custom work.
